My opportunity: Students who have a hard time balancing work and school.
My solution: To provide pay for students who choose to study using my program called "Study Money".
I think this is a really unique idea, Rachel. I think we all would be down for “Study Money”! There is no doubt it would make all of the hours worth it. Sometimes I’ll study insanely hard for an exam and my reward is a C. Lol it would be nice to have a little pocket change to ease the pain! http://tmvuf.blogspot.com/2016/01/elevator-pitch-no-1.html
Rachel, I loved your pitch. I think that students all face this struggle and the additional stress from work can have significant negative affects on the success of the student. What sources would you pursue for these grants? And what kind of system would the students be "logging in" to? Also, I think it would be cool to have levels of rewards, based on the rigor of the class and past student's success. Overall, great idea and I think it really pushes the importance of academics and education. Feel free to check out my elevator pitch, http://jessjohns1.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-1.html
